Nevada cardiology group expands with imaging center

Las Vegas-based Nevada Heart & Vascular Center is opening a new vascular and medical imaging center in Henderson, Nev., according to a May 13 Nevada Business report. 

The Green Valley Clinic and Imaging Centers include two Siemens Healthineers Biograph Horizon scanners, along with computed axial tomography and positron emission tomography imaging technology. The facility also offers nuclear imaging and ultrasonography services for cardiac and vascular care.

In addition to imaging services, the location includes a clinic staffed by physicians specializing in general and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and thoracic and vascular care.

The facility is scheduled to open the week of May 18, the report said.
