Woodside Health acquires 40K-square-foot MOB

Healthcare real estate private equity firm Woodside Health has purchased a 40,000-square-foot medical office building in North Carolina, according to a May 6 report from Commercial Search

The three-story building, located in Chapel Hill, N.C., is anchored by UNC Health and was nearly fully leased at the time of the sale. 

Woodside Health purchased the MOB from SITE Centers, which acquired the asset in 2007. 

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
