MDVIP, a personalized primary care company, has named cardiologist Jeffrey Lin, MD, chief medical officer.
Dr. Lin will lead MDVIP’s clinical strategy and care delivery as the company expands its preventive, personalized primary care model nationwide. He will also collaborate with the organization’s medical advisory board on current and future offerings, according to an April 22 company news release.
Dr. Lin joins MDVIP from Devoted Health, a Medicare Advantage insurer, where he served as national medical director. Since 2019, he has helped build and scale the payer’s care model to serve more than 400,000 members across 29 states.
The appointment supports MDVIP’s focus on physician-led care and long-term health outcomes as it grows its network and services, according to the release.
