Real estate investment firm acquires 37K-square-foot outpatient center

Laramar Group, a real estate investment company, has purchased a four-story medical outpatient building in Little Rock, Ark. 

Kanis Medical Plaza is adjacent to Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock, an 827-bed hospital, according to an April 3 news release from CBRE, which facilitated the sale.

The 37,862-square-foot MOB is 100% leased to five tenants in specialties including imaging and pain management.

Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate sold the property to Laramar Group. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
