The University of California, San Francisco has proposed opening a general outpatient clinic in Richmond, Calif., according to an April 10 report from Grandview Independent.
The 5,013-square-foot clinic would include 10 exam rooms, three private offices and a clinical laboratory.
UCSF would only have to make interior improvements, and there is no proposal to the building’s footprint.
If approved, the property owner would be required to submit a revised landscape and irrigation plan before receiving a certificate of occupancy.
The ground-floor space is currently vacant and was previously occupied by a AAA office.
The Richmond Planning Commission is scheduled to review the proposal April 16, the report said.
