Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health is expanding its network of pediatric cardiology clinics in North Carolina.
The health system opened a Novant Health Pediatric Cardiology clinic in King, N.C., and is set to open another location in Kernersville, N.C., in April, according to a March 25 news release from Novant Health.
The clinics provide care for cardiac conditions including high blood pressure, heart murmurs, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies and acquired heart diseases.
Catherine Sechrist, MD, a pediatrician and pediatric cardiologist, will lead both new clinics. She has more than 15 years of experience.
Novant Health also has a pediatric cardiology clinic in Winston-Salem, N.C., the release said.
