New Milford Hospital, Spine Surgeon Settle $5.2M Malpractice Suit

According to a News Times report, spine surgeon Ramon Mabasa, MD, and New Milford Hospital, have reached a $5.25 million settlement in a malpractice lawsuit brought by a former patient who had her leg amputated after experiencing complications associated with her spine surgery.
