Two-Part Audio Conference Series on CMS Freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Conditions for Coverage
This two-part series, sponsored by Amerinet, will highlight the new CMS 2009 Conditions for Coverage for any freestanding ASC that receives reimbursement for Medicare patients.
Part I of CMS Freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Conditions for Coverage will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 1:15 p.m.-2:45 p.m. EDT. The program will review the CMS changes to the ASC Conditions for Coverage that were effective May 18, 2009, and describe what is required by ASCs in monitoring contracts.
Part II will be held on Monday, Oct. 12 from 1:15 p.m.-2:45 p.m. EDT and will describe the patient rights including the advance directive requirements and discuss the requirements under the infection control chapter including what should be in the infection control program.
The investment for Amerinet members is $99 per connection for EACH program. Investment for non-members is $115 per connection for EACH program.
