Surgical Notes to Host Reception Fundraiser for Congressman Pete Sessions

Surgical Notes, a nationwide provider of medical transcription, coding, electronic medical records and other value-added IT services for ambulatory surgery centers, will hold a political action committee fundraiser reception for Congressman Pete Sessions (R-Texas) this summer, according to Jeff Blankinship, president and CEO of Surgical Notes and board member of the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society.

"As a board member, I am actively involved in fundraising and other philanthropic events," he says. "We are pleased to have the opportunity to show our support for Congressman Sessions."

Mr. Sessions represents the 32nd Congressional District of Texas and is chairman of the National Republication Congressional Committee.

The reception will be hosted at the Surgical Notes office in Dallas on Aug. 24 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Joining Mr. Blankinship will be Milla Perry Jones of USPI, Bobby Hillert of the Texas ASC Society and other members of the ASC Industry.
