HealthCare Appraisers' Daryl Johnson to Present on Valuation for Lawyers

Daryl P. Johnson, MAcc, AVA, managing partner for HealthCare Appraisers, is a presenter in the upcoming American Bar Association webinar "Assessing the Defensibility of a Valuation: A Practical Guide on How to Read a Valuation Report."

 

 

Mr. Johnson will be joined by Reggie Hill, JD, partner, Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, and Michelle Marsh, JD, SVP & operations counsel, LifePoint Hospitals, for the Jan. 19 program.

 

The webinar runs from 12:30-2:00 PM ET. The panelists are expected to cover the following topics:

• A step-by-step explanation of the components of a model business valuation.
• A critical review of the valuations in the Tuomey and Bradford cases.
