Ambler Surgical, an ophthalmic surgical instrument company, has announced the launch of a new blog dedicated to the ophthalmic surgical community, according to a news release from Ambler Surgical.
The intent of the blog is to serve as an educational discussion forum that helps foster communication and shares news, trends and information throughout the ophthalmic surgical community, according to the release.
To generate content for the blog, which you can visit by clicking here, Ambler Surgical is partnering with the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses and Infection Control Consulting Services. ASORN President Annquinetta Dansby-Kelly, RN, CRNO, and ICCS President Phenelle Segal, RN, CIC, will moderate many of the discussion topics on the blog.
The blog will focus on a variety of topics including best practices for cleaning, sterilization, disease prevention and instrument purchasing, new products and technology, new regulations and trends in the ophthalmic surgical instrumentation marketplace.
