Randall W. Culp, MD, has received the Health Volunteers Overseas 2013 Golden Apple, according to an AAOS Now report.
Dr. Culp is an orthopedic surgeon with The Philadelphia Hand Center | The South Jersey Hand Center and is a professor of orthopedic, hand and microsurgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Culp also serves on the board of the Hand Rehabilitation Foundation and has been the hand and wrist consultant for the Philadelphia Phillies.
During his career, Dr. Culp also received the Humanitarian Service Medal for his work during the San Francisco Earth Quake.
