Free Georgia Clinic Adds Vision Services

Good Shepherd Clinic in Dawsonville, Ga., announced it will be expanding to add vision and dental services to the free, non-emergency care the clinic provides for adults in the area making 200 percent of the federal poverty line, according to a Dawson News report.
A partnership with the Lighthouse Foundation will allow the clinic to provide eye exams and test for conditions, such as glaucoma. Patients will now also be referred to local vision specialists for glasses fittings.

Good Shepherd currently provides care that include gynecology, surgical consultations and ear, nose and throat exams.
