Tri-City Surgery Center hosted a group of students training for jobs in the medical profession, according to a report from The Daily Courier.
The ASC hosted students from Mountain Institute's JTED Medical Professionals program. While at the center, students learned about:
• Providing personalized care
• Speaking and listening to patients
• Completing paperwork correctly
• Patient discharge
The ASC also gave a tour to the students, showing off their four procedure rooms and operating rooms and answered student questions. The center is physician-owned and focuses on ENT, general surgery, gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology and urology. The center has AAAHC accreditation.
