Here are the top 10 manufacturers with the highest percentage of sales through distribution to surgery centers along with their percent of market share, according to SDI’s 2008 Outpatient Surgery Center Market Report (citing GHX Market Intelligence).

4. Johnson & Johnson — 6.3%
5. 3M Health Care — 4.0%
6. B. Braun Medical — 3.7%
7. Medisystems Corp. — 3.5%

9. Covidien — 3.3%
10. Fresenius Medical Care (North America) — 2.8%
