Patricia A. Gabow, MD, has been appointed senior advisor for Simpler Consulting, a global management consulting firm.
Dr. Gabow previously served as CEO of Denver Health, where she gained critical insight into the healthcare delivery system. Under her direction, Denver Health experienced a financial benefit of more than $190 million through using the Lean management approach to leadership.
Dr. Gabow is also a member of the Medicaid and CHIP Access and Payment Commission, Institute of Medicine Roundtable on Value and Science Driven Health Care and a professor of medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
