PPACA Implementation: Republicans Question Obama Administration's Handling
Members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee announced plans to hold a hearing Oct. 24 concerning the healthcare reform law's "troubled rollout," according to a news release.
Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-Mich.) said the technical problems the health insurance exchanges have encountered since they opened for enrollment earlier this month indicate that either the Obama administration wasn't ready for the launch or is "not up to the job."
