Plastic Surgery Center Opens in Washington State
The Harbor Plastic Surgery Center opened in Gig Harbor, Wash., and will concentrate on the treatment of skin cancer, according to a report in The Peninsula Gateway.
Justin Piasecki, MD, said in the report that 85 percent of his practice deals with removing skin cancer via the Mohs technique, which removes skin in microscopic layers. Dr. Piasecki also performs cosmetic surgery.
The center is located at the Milgard Medical Pavilion next to St. Anthony Hospital. Five to six patients will be seen at the center daily.
