New Surgery Center Opens in Michigan
Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America has announced the opening of the Surgery Center of Michigan in Clinton, Mich., according to an ASCOA release.The more than 15,000-square-foot ASC features four operating rooms and two procedure rooms, as well as pre-and post-op areas, sterilizing rooms, a reception area and business office. Sixteen area surgeons are partners in the facility, which provides outpatient surgical procedures in urology, orthopedics, gynecology, neurology, pain management and general surgery.
The first surgical case at Surgery Center of Michigan was performed Aug. 3, 2009.
