Meridian Surgical Partners Appoints New Executives

John WilsonMeridian Surgical Partners announced that John C. Wilson, Jr. has been appointed the role of chief executive officer and Jim Uden has assumed the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer. Jim Uden

Previously, Mr. Wilson served as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Mr. Uden served as senior vice president of acquisitions and corporate development. Both Mr. Wilson and Mr. Uden have been with Meridian Surgical Partners since its inception in 2006. David F. Bacon, Jr., former chief executive officer and co-founder of the Company, has stepped down to pursue an opportunity with another healthcare company.  He will continue to serve on the board of directors for Meridian. The changes were effective October 1, 2013.
