MMX Holdings, which is preparing to launch its ManageMyASC.com platform for commercial release, has announced Larry Leisure is joining the company's advisory board and is participating as a strategic advisor, according to a news release from ManageMyASC.com.
ManageMyASC.com a real-time interactive management tool that provides a view into the financial and operational performance of ambulatory surgery centers with tracking, benchmarking, analysis and recommendations.
Mr. Leisure is the managing partner of Accelus Health Partners. He also serves as an operating partner for Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers where he is a member of its Life Science Group. He previously held leadership positions at Accenture, Price Waterhouse and Towers Perrin.
"Larry brings an incredibly strong strategic and investment perspective to us that is essential to our launch and growth plans," said John Seitz, CEO of MMX Holdings, in the release. "I'm very excited to be working closely with Larry."
