Joseph Ollayos Elected President of Ambulatory Surgery Center Association of Illinois

Joseph G. Ollayos, MHA, CASC, administrator of Tri-Cities Surgery Center in Geneva, Ill., has been elected 2012 president of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association of Illinois, according to a Beacon-News report.

 

ASCAI describes itself as the "only organization devoted exclusively to representing the interests of licensed-ASCs throughout Illinois," according to the ASCAI website. "The Association provides members with information and representation on issues important to ASCs and to the physicians and patients who we serve."

 

Its mission is as follows: "Supporting a network that provides our members with resources, information and representation which encourages quality ambulatory healthcare services."
