Eye Surgery Center to Open in Tampa, Fla.
Construction is complete on Newsom Eye’s 4,600-square-foot eye surgery center in Tampa, Fla., according to a release from Newsome Eye.
The center was part of the $7.5 million expansion of Newsom Eye's existing medical facility. It includes windows to view surgery in progress and video screens to see it from the microscopic perspective.
"Despite the economy, we’ve still been able to grow and add to our practice," said T. Hunter Newsom, MD, founder and medical director of Newsom Eye.
