Bend (Ore.) Surgery Center. The surgery center offers care in 13 specialties, including dental surgery, ENT, general surgery, gastroenterology, gynecology, neurology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, pain management, plastics, podiatry and urology. Established in 1997, the physicians at the center perform more than 10,000 cases annually. The center is certified by Medicare and accredited by The Joint Commission.

The Center for Surgery (Naperville, Ill.). The surgery center provides surgical services in 14 specialties. The specialties are gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, laser vision correction, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry, thoracic vascular surgery and urology/lithotripsy. The center is affiliated with Edward Hospital in Naperville and Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Ill.

Gramercy Surgery Center (New York). The surgery center offers a wide-array of procedures in the following 12 specialties — bariatrics, chiropractic, gynecology, interventional radiology, orthopedics, ENT, pain management, plastic and reconstructive surgery, podiatry, radiation oncology, urology and vascular surgery. Founded in 2006, the center is Medicare-certified.

Hancock Surgery Center (Greenfield, Ind.). The surgery center offers procedures in 12 specialties, such dermatology, gastroenterology, gynecology, infertility, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, podiatry, urology and vascular surgery. The surgery center is a joint venture between Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, a number of physicians and VEI, an ambulatory surgery and endoscopy center acquisition and management company. It is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and certified by CMS. It includes four operating rooms and 19 private patient rooms.
 
Hastings (Neb.) Surgical Center. The surgery center is equipped to provide care in 11 specialties, including pain management, otolaryngology, gastroenterology/endoscopy, general surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, pediatric dental surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry and urology. Some of the common procedures performed at the center include septoplasty, colonoscopy, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, knee arthroscopy and hysteroscopy. The 8,999-square-foot surgery center is fully accredited by Medicare and managed by Nueterra Healthcare. It includes three operating rooms and one procedure room.

La Peer Health Systems (Beverly Hills, Calif.). La Peer Health Systems offers 14 specialties including orthopedics, sports medicine, gastroenteorlogy, ENT, urology, colorectal surgery, general surgery, podiatry, ophthalmology, plastics, gynecology, bariatric surgery, thoracic surgery and spine surgery. Approximately 50 surgeons perform cases at the surgery center.  

Laurel Surgical Center (Greensburg, Pa.).
The surgery center offers care in 13 specialties, such as dental surgery, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, ENT, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry and urology. The physician-led center opened in 2004. The 16,000-square-foot center includes three operating rooms, two procedure rooms, eight pre-operative beds, seven post anesthesia care units, six step-down stations and a private recovery room.

Linden Surgical Center of Beverly Hills (Calif.). Linden Surgical Center of Beverly Hills is a 7,820-square-foot ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms. The ASC offers orthopedics, podiatry, pulmonology, gynecology, ENT, spine, pain management, GI, plastics, pediatrics and general surgery services. More than 22 physicians perform cases at the center. The center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

MedStar Surgery Center (Washington, D.C.). The surgery center provides surgical services in 13 specialties, including colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry, urology and vascular surgery. The center is a member of Columbia, Md.-based MedStar Health. It is staffed by 70 physicians and includes five surgical suites, two gastroenterology suites and a procedure room. It is Medicare-certified and accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

Mississippi Valley Surgery Center (Davenport, Iowa). Mississippi Valley Surgery Center offers orthopedics, spine, ENT, pain, gynecology, ophthalmology, plastics, vascular, urology, podiatry, oral surgery and general surgery services. The surgery center has seven operating rooms and 50 medical staff members. The center opened in 1996 and now performs an estimated 12,000 annual procedures.

Shelby Ambulatory Surgery (Alabaster, Ala.). Shelby Ambulatory Surgery includes three operating rooms and two procedure rooms. The surgery center offers gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry and urology services.

Specialty Surgery Center of Encino (Calif.). The surgery center offers surgical services in 11 specialties, including ENT, colorectal procedures, gastroenterology, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, pain management, podiatry, urology, proctology and orthopedics. The center opened in 2001 and is Medicare-certified. The center's physicians perform more than 6,000 procedures annually.

Springfield (Ill.) Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center & Endoscopy Center. Springfield Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center and Endoscopy Center offers ENT, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, general surgery, vascular surgery, colorectal surgery, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, ophthalmology and neurosurgery services. The ASC currently has five operating rooms and sixth operating room is being prepared to open at the beginning of 2014. The center also has four GI suites. Physicians perform GI, colorectal and general scope procedures in the GI suites. Neurologists and orthopedic surgeons perform epidurals in the facility's Pain Center. Currently, 89 physicians perform more than 19,500 cases each year at the center.

Surgery Center at NorthBay VacaValley (Vacaville, Calif.). The Surgery Center at NorthBay VacaValley is a joint venture between local physicians and NorthBay Healthcare. The center opened in 2007. The surgery center offers pain management, GI, orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, ophthalmology, urology, plastics, ENT and oral surgery services. Surgery Center at NorthBay VacaValley includes two procedure rooms and three operations rooms. Twenty-two physicians regularly perform cases at the center. Currently, the center performs 4,300 cases per year.  

UPMC Hamot Surgery Center (Erie, Pa.). UPMC Hamot Surgery Center has 11 specialties including ENT, dental, general surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, plastics, podiatry and urology. The center was first established in 2001. Nearly 100 physicians perform procedures at the surgery center. Teva Eiler serves as the administrative director of UPMC Hamot Surgery Center.  

Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center (St. Charles, Ill.). The surgery center offers procedures in 27 specialties, including dentistry, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, nephrology, pediatrics, oral surgery, podiatry, spine surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, urology and endocrinology. The outpatient center was established in 1987. More than 165 surgeons and physicians are on the surgery center's medical staff.

Washington Outpatient Surgery Center (Fremont, Calif.). The surgery center a wide-array of procedures in the following 10 specialties — ENT, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and sports medicine, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry and urology. The multispecialty surgery center opened in 1986, and it includes five operating rooms and an endoscopy center. It is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
