EndoChoice Merges With Peer Medical

EndoChoice has merged with endoscopy firm Peer Medical, according to a Globes report.

 

Peer Medical, based in Israel, describes itself as a "privately held company dedicated to the development of innovative medical devices in the endoscopy arena through its proprietary and patented technologies."

 

The relative proportions of the merger were not disclosed.

 

EndoChoice, a platform-technology company that provides devices, diagnostics, infection control and imaging for specialists treating a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases, is headquartered in Atlanta.
