Scott Farquhar, MD, joined Thomasville, Ga.-based Archbold Gastroenterology Group, The Post Searchlight reports.
Here's what you should know:
1. Dr. Farquhar began his career after earning his medical degree from Philadelphia-based Jefferson Medical College. He completed an internship and residency at Pittsburgh-based Mercy Hospital and a fellowship at Philadelphia-based Lankenau Hospital.
2. He has been in practice for more than three decades.
3. Dr. Farquhar will also practice out of Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville.
