Clarivate Analytics ranks AGA's flagship magazine highest of 79 journals

Clarivate Analytics awarded Gastroenterology the highest impact score out of 79 gastroenterology and hepatology journals.

Here's what you should know:

1. The company awarded Gastroenterology an impact score of 18.39.

2. AGA's other professional journal, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, ranked eighth.

3. Gastroenterology Editor-In-Chief Richard Peek Jr., MD, said in a release, "We are ecstatic that the Impact Factor for Gastroenterology continues to rise to unprecedented heights, making it the preeminent journal for basic, translational and clinical research in our field."
