Carnegie Hill Endoscopy in New York will hold an open house on Dec. 4 to showcase FUSE endoscopy technology.
"Our experience with FUSE has been a 10 percent increase in polyp detection and a decrease in the amount of propofol used in each case," said the center's medical director Blair Lewis, MD.
Carnegie Hill Endoscopy is a five-procedure room, 15,000-square-foot endoscopy center. It is a joint venture between 22 GI physicians, Physicians Endoscopy and Beth Israel Medical Center.
