Biomerica added Edward W. Barnholt to its newly formed strategic advisory board and Anthony J. Lembo, MD, to its scientific advisory board.

1. Mr. Barnholt is currently chairman of KLA-Tencor and serves on the board of directors of eBay and Adobe.
2. He has previously served as chairman, president and CEO of Agilent Technologies, a life sciences and diagnostics company.
3. Dr. Lembo is director of the GI Motility Laboratory at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and also serves as an associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, also in Boston.
4. He focuses on gastrointestinal tract afflictions and irritable bowel syndrome.
