ASCs Inc., an adviser for surgery centers, endoscopy centers and surgical hospitals, has announced the closing of an acquisition transaction for Mid-Peninsula Endoscopy Center in San Mateo, Calif.
ASCs Inc. advised the sellers in the transaction.
