Louisiana is the worst state for Americans to obtain healthcare services, with Hawaii ranking as number one, according to Wallethub's "2017's Best & Worst States for Health Care."

Wallethub compiled the 10 best and worst states and U.S. regions for healthcare based on metrics such as costs and accessibility.

The top 10 places for healthcare are:

2. Iowa
2. Minnesota (tied for spot two)

4. Washington, D.C.

The worst states for healthcare include:
1. Louisiana
