  •  Amber McGraw Walsh, JD, Partner at McGuireWoods
  • Michael Stroup, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at United Surgical Partners International

Ms. Walsh. is the chair of the McGuireWoods’ Healthcare Department and focuses primarily on corporate healthcare transactional work and regulatory matters.

Mr. Stroup has accumulated over 16  years of experience in surgical center development, healthcare investment banking as well as management consulting.
