Tatas working on digital health and wellness platforms — 6 notes

The $100 billion Tata group announced plans to focus on a digital health and wellness platform for providers and consumers, according to mydigitalfc.com.

Here are six notes:

1. The group is aiming to enable preventive and predictive healthcare through the platforms.

2. The digital platform will connect pharmacies, retail clinics, multispecialty clinics and laboratories with consumers, healthcare providers and wellness centers.

3. Additionally, the digital platform will give Tata companies sharp and comprehensive consumer insights. Tata's consumer analytics department will devise a holistic view of the customer, revealing new business opportunities at Tata.

4.. The group plans to develop an omni-channel market place which will combine stop shopping and online buying. The company will sell both Tata and non-Tata brands across lifestyle and electronics categories.

5. Tata is seeking sustainable profitable growth through its platforms in the wake of a changing business environment.

6. Tata's revenues increased to $108.78 this year with international revenues comprising 68 percent of the group's revenue.
