SCA partners with the Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery in Illinois, Nobilis Health CEO acquires 10k company shares & more — 5 key notes on ASC companies

Here are five updates on ASC companies from the last week.

 Surgical Care Affiliates partnered with the Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery in Mokena, Ill. As of Sept. 30, SCA operates 194 surgical facilities.

During the week of Feb. 1 to Feb. 5, Tenet Healthcare shares fell 3.9 percent, hitting $25.91 per share.

Nobilis Health CEO Harry Fleming purchased $22,000 in company stock on Feb. 2. Mr. Fleming now owns approximately 2.7 million companies shares for a total value of $5.96 million.

During the fourth quarter, Hospital Corporation of America reported its outpatient surgeries increased 2.2 percent, compared to the same period in 2014.

Analysts gave Surgery Partners' shares a consensus rating of "buy" and gave the company an average one-year price target of $23.55. The company's market cap is $801.8 million.
