In KLAS "2016 Ambulatory Billing Services Study," KLAS named Pulse a "top performing vendor" in the small practice space (between one physician and 10 physicians).

1. The report found nearly 66 percent of practices that adopted revenue cycle management services report the services to be a worthwhile investment. Two-thirds also reported the services have increased efficiency.
2. In the report, KLAS outlines four factors that impact a practice's experience with its RCM services vendor including:
• Transparency into billing and financial operations
• Quality of vendor guidance
• Account management's effectiveness
• Quality of denials and rejection management
3. Pulse offers providers across more than 40 specialties electronic healthcare management systems.
