PharMEDium Services has renewed its sole source group purchasing agreement with Premier, according to a Daily Herald report.
Here are three things to know:
1. Under the agreement, PharMEDium will continue providing outsourced pharmacy compounding and admixture services to the members of Premier's network.
2. The agreement includes services used in pain management, operating room anesthesia, intensive care and more.
3. Premier's member network includes around 3,600 U.S. hospitals and 120,000 other providers.
