Oregon ASCs could see licensing fee uptick — 5 things to know

Ambulatory surgery center licensing fees could rise in Oregon if the Oregon Patient Safety Commission finalizes the biennium budget, according to The Lund Report.

Here are five things to know:

1. ASC licensing fees would go from $850 to $975.

2. This would be the first increase since 2003

3. There are no charges planned for renal dialysis centers, which currently pay $750.

4. Small hospital licensing fees would go from $1,000 to $1,150.

5. The commission has a public hearing on June 17.
