Nobilis names Kenneth Efird president: 5 things to know

Last week, Nobilis Health appointed Kenneth Efird president.

Here are five things to know:

1. Previously, Mr. Efird was the company’s chief operating officer and chief business development officer.

2. As president, he will oversee Nobilis’ operating units and will lead the execution of the company’s strategic plan.

3. Since joining Nobilis in 2005, Mr. Efird has overseen revenue cycle management, sales, business development, clinical operations and the rollout of a new marketing strategy.

4. He will report directly to Harry Fleming, Nobilis’ CEO.

5. Nobilis currently operates five ambulatory surgery centers and four surgical hospitals. The company also is in partnership with 33 additional facilities and markets six independent brands.
