1. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Murphy hails from a large publicly-traded U.S. healthcare company where he served as vice president and treasurer.

2. He has a breadth of experience in areas such as treasury, risk management and investor relations.

3. Mr. Murphy has a master of business administration from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

4. Medical Facilities Corp. has controlling interest in a California ASC as well as five specialty surgical hospitals spread between Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma and South Dakota.
