Lisa Cooper and Shay Strachan will speak to hospital physician joint ventures from two different perspectives at the Becker's ASC 22nd Annual Meeting in October.
Ms. Cooper, CEO of Santa Cruz Surgery Center, and Ms. Strachan, senior director of Dignity for Ambulatory Transactions, will discuss hospital physician joint ventures during their presentation, "Hospital Physician JV and discussing from two approaches, one from a larger healthcare system and another from the (shrinking!) independent practice physician perspective."
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience in the outpatient industry, Ms. Cooper started her career as a surgical nurse. She is on the California Ambulatory Surgery Association Board of Directors.
