•    HHS Region 2 (New Jersey and New York): $418,106
•    HHS Region 3 (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia): $337,000
•    HHS Region 4 (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee): $415,382
•    HHS Region 5 (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin): $379,370
