Scott Colquhoun, MD, has been offering outpatient orthopedic surgery to residents in Turlock, Calif., since 2013, according to Turlock Journal.

2. The Turlock Journal reports Dr. Colquhoun is one of the few surgeons in the area to offer orthopedic procedures in an outpatient setting.
3. Dr. Colquhoun told the Turlock Journal, "I believe in the benefits of outpatient joint replacement surgery. I'm committed to delivering high quality care by helping my patients achieve great outcomes at a reasonable cost."
4. He is the founder of Tulsa-based Romeo Medical Clinic's department of orthopedic surgery.
