2. The facility is fully licensed and is designed to identify patient pain and perform the minimally invasive procedures on the same day.

3. The center was formally located in Phoenix and known as the Arizona Center for Neurosurgery.

4. The surgeons perform procedures, including direct visual rhizotomy.

5. The facility is 10,000-square-feet with three clinical exam rooms, two surgical suites and a family waiting room.

Dr. Lieberman is the former president of the Maricopa County Medical Society and earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He trained in neurosurgery at the University of California San Francisco and completed a fellowship in movement disorder research at the National Institute of Health.

"We are happy to be serving the Goodyear community and beyond, and are humbled to be helping patients return to the activities they once enjoyed doing prior to experiencing back pain," said Dr. Lieberman.
