Peter G. Whang, MD, FACS, will answer this question during his presentation, "Postoperative Pain Control in the ASC Setting," at the Becker's ASC 22nd Annual Meeting — The Business and Operations of ASCs in Chicago.

Dr. Whang is an associate professor in the spine service of the department of orthopedics and rehabilitation at Yale University School of Medicine. He specializes in treating diseases of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. The fellowship-trained surgeon is an investigator for numerous clinical trials and his research focuses on the biology of spinal fusion and bone healing, bone graft substitutes and evidence-based medicine.
