Sheridan completed an affiliation agreement with Mountainside, N.J.-based Ambulatory Anesthesia Care. The anesthesia practice is the exclusive provider of anesthesia services for Mountainside-based The Center for Ambulatory Surgery, which is an AmSurg multispecialty partnership.
Foundation HealthCare's board of directors approved a reverse stock split. The board decided on the reverse split to enhance Foundation HealthCare's ability to obtain an initial listing on the New York Stock Exchange MKT or another major stock exchange this year.
Hospital Corporation of America stock traded at $73.07 per share during the week of Jan. 5 to Jan. 9, down 1.19 percent.
Surgical Care Affiliates stock opened at $33.41 on Jan. 15, down from its previous open of $33.46.
