Revelstoke Capital Partners named AMSURG Chairman of the Board Steve Geringer a new operating partner.

1. Revelstoke, a private equity firm, also named Mr. Geringer to the board of its newest portfolio company, Fast Pace Urgent Care.
2. Mr. Geringer has served as AMSURG's board chairman since 2009.
3. The private equity firm also named Greg Stell, founder of ATI Physical Therapy Holdings, as a new operating partner.
