Jennifer Baldock, previously the chief compliance officer and general counsel with Symbion, is now general counsel and senior vice president with Surgery Partners.
Jessie Monnier, previously a United Surgical Partners International director of operations for the Sacramento region, is now a USPI regional vice president for Northern California.
The New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers named seven new board members including:

• Joan Cassidy, Premier Health Associates Ambulatory Surgery Center (Sparta, N.J.)
