6 biggest staffing issues for physicians

Physicians face various staffing issues within their practices, according to Physicians Practice’s “2017 Staff Salary Survey Results.”

The survey polled 1,082 physicians.

Here are the six biggest staffing issues:

● Increased workload/ employees performing dual roles: 44.9 percent
● Staff training and skills not up to par: 12.5 percent
● Lack of professionalism among staff: 11.9 percent
● Low motivation among staff: 8.5 percent
● Conflict and tension between staff: 7.6 percent
● Poor customer service: 3.1 percent
