50M+ Pieces of Paper Saved With Voyance Electronic Patient Survey Over 10 Years

Voyance's electronic patient satisfaction surveying and perception management tool EdgePerception has saved 50 million pieces of paper since it was introduced in 2003.

The technology allows healthcare providers to collect feedback from patients without using paper, envelopes, stamps, ink and transportation, which has a positive economic and environmental impact.

"EdgePerception is a financially and environmentally responsible solution," says Voyance CEO Paul Faraclas. "The paper-burdened healthcare industry naturally produces an overwhelming amount of waste. It is important for every organization to consider implementing a corporate sustainability plan to offset this as much as possible."
