5 notes on how Hilary Clinton, Jeb Bush might handle Supreme Court ruling

In separate interviews with the The Des Moines Register, Hilary Clinton and Jeb Bush both had some telling comments regarding their hypothetical course of action if the United States Supreme Court did away with federal healthcare subsidies in King v. Burwell.

Here are five things to know:

1. Although Mrs. Clinton dodged the hypothetical, she defended the Affordable Care Act.

2. Mr. Bush expressed support for repealing the law.

3. Mr. Bush supported extending coverage to people in 37 states while Republicans debated alternative policy.

4. Ms. Clinton was hopeful the Supreme Court will feel the case does not "merit the end of subsidies for so many millions of Americans," according to the report.

5. Jeb Bush said he supports giving states the option to draft alternative proposals to the ACA, an act he called static and confusing.
